Austria for Africa’s mission is to assist long lasting African self determination through economic growth in Africa, irrespective of race, gender, tribal or political allegiances, within the spirit of the charter of the United Nations.

We believe Africans should run Africa and we will support this through providing and facilitating improved education and supporting sustainable economic projects.

Austria for Africa’s projects will include: The protection of the environment through minimal pollutants Equal opportunities for all and equal access to resources. To achieve this goal, women will be in particular supported to further their self determining role in society. Facilitation of self determination through provision of education and diverse economic projects.

Through the implementation of Austria for Africa’s economic projects we will assist the realization of the United Nations Millennium Goals.

Austria for Africa will hold the needs of Africans uppermost in its planning and continually work closely together with African communities to ensure common ownership and the needs of local communities are met

To fulfill Austria for Africa’s mission, we will initially prioritize: the provision of educational projects which focus on the acquisition of business and life skills suitable for a modern economy and society;the supporting of small sustainable businesses through micro credit schemes; Austria for Africa will give financial assistance to the building of schools, school communities and small and medium enterprises to fulfill these aims.
